Bobbi is an award-winning artist and active member CCAL, having served as Secretary for the League and Coordinator for both the Still Hopes Art Exhibition and the Irmo Library Art Exhibit.
About the Artwork

Bobbi Sorensen is an award-winning artist and member of the Crooked Creek Art League. She studied art in California and Maryland in the 70s and received an MA from George Washington University in 1982. Bobbi worked on Capitol Hill, lobbied for physicians, and ran several health-related associations, ending her career as Executive Director of the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis, affiliated with George Washington University. After retiring to South Carolina, she renewed her interest in painting, is busy with commissions, and has won numerous awards in CCAL juried shows. She has been active on the CCAL Board for several years, having served as Secretary, Chair of the Bylaws Committee, and member of the Nominating and the Audit Committees. She was chair of three Still Hopes Exhibitions, three exhibitions at the Lexington County Library in Irmo, in addition to volunteering on the annual juried show, and other activities. She regularly displays her work at various CCAL sponsoring venues. Bobbi’s art can be seen on bobbisorensenart.com.
CCAL Gallery Host:
We welcome Family Practice of Chiropractic as a new public gallery and hosting the art of one of our artists for a two-month period. We are proud to have Dr. Ricky Brannon, Jr. and his staff as a business partner and are grateful for their support.
