Chapin received a Municipal Assn award for its community arts partnership with CCAL on the Chapin Art Trail and art installations.

On Tuesday, April 25, CCAL was pleased to hold a public dedication ceremony for “Spirit of the Lake” and induct it to the Chapin Art Trail.
