Reminder - Irmo Library Exhibit Registration

Deadline for entries has been extended until Monday, April 21.

As the original online deadline date was April 18, online entry is no longer available. Entries can still be completed by following instructions below.

To Enter between April 18 and April 21

• Go to online registration form by clicking HERE.

  
  

• Then click on Go to Download Prospectus and print pages 5 and 6.

  
  

• Complete information on page 5 just printed for each entry. These will be attached to the upper right back corner of each entry.

  
  

• Send the following information for each entry to Cathy Schwalm creatvcat29@aol.com

  • Title of Work

  • Price/Insured Value: $_______

  • For Sale: Yes_____ No_____

    
    

• Complete page 6 which was printed and bring to drop off on Saturday, April 26.

  
  

• Bring registration fee ($5 per entry) to drop off.

Artwork Drop off:                Sat Apr 26 (Irmo Branch Library, 10am-Noon)

                                          Deliver artwork directly to the Library

Show Hours:                        Open to the public during regular business hours

Artist Pickup Artwork:          Sat May 31 (Irmo Branch Library, 12:30-2pm)
