About the Artist
After I retired in 2017, I decided to focus my newly found spare time and energy in photography. I found that I enjoyed wildlife and nature photography most of all, so I trained myself in this area and visited wildlife areas in South Carolina. In December 2017 I was accepted to the Village Artist Gallery in Sandhills Columbia. I recently moved to the Artist Attic in Chapin. I then joined the Columbia Camera Club, Carolina Nature Photography Association, and Crooked Creek Art League. I have taught iPhone photography classes throughout South Carolina and plan to teach at the Artist Attic. As I gained experience in photography I won or placed in many competitions.
