Palmetto Fine Arts Gallery: Heather Barger - August through September 2024
Crooked Creek Art League thanks Palmetto Fine Arts (PFA) for generously providing a dedicated space for two of our artists to showcase their art among the great display of Fine Art in their gallery. You can see the current exhibit through the end of September 2024.
Featured in the current exhibit with multiple pieces is CCAL artist Heather Barger. Heather is a newer member of CCAL.

Artist Bio
Heather Barger
Heather’s love of watercolors, acrylics and drawing has evolved from a childhood full of artistic exploration. Surrounded by a creative family and encouraging educators throughout her early years, she always turned to sketchbooks, paints and pens to fulfill her creative curiosity.

With a degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University, Heather put aside her love of fine art to explore the technical world of printing and communications. With multiple relocations for work and a growing family, she maintained a career in the printing industry and customer service. It wasn’t until the downtime of 2020 that she once again found her focus for drawing, painting and even surface design, which she continues to showcase on multiple products.

Heather launched her full-time business, Heather Barger Art, in 2023. She is a member of the Crooked Creek Art League and is an official Community Connect licensee in connection with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC). Her work has been juried into the SC State Fair and she has been a participating artist in the Cottontown Art Crawl and Melrose Art in the Yard art fairs. Her work can also be found in her gallery space located in Partager Gallery, Gifts & Home in Columbia, SC. From the waters of Lake Murray to the marshes of the low country, South Carolina’s beauty continues to be Heather’s main source of inspiration. CCAL Gallery Host:
The gallery is located in the heart of Palmetto Fine Arts at 140 Amicks Ferry Road, Unit E, Chapin.
The CCAL Gallery Display at Palmetto Fine Arts & Custom Frame Gallery is hosted by TC Bowers, owner and league member. Floral, landscape, still life and abstract works by local artists illuminate the gallery and pieces are rotated on a regular basis. The gallery is open to the public during Palmetto Fine Arts normal business hours. Find a print or original piece. You can have TC frame it for you or select a piece that is already framed and purchase it immediately. To find out about special shows held throughout the year visit their web site where information is updated constantly.

Two artists are included in each exhibit, each with an 8'Hx4'W wall to display a number of pieces of wall hanging artwork. The displays rotate every two months.
