Deborah Kehoe-Yergeau is a native Vermonter, a professional graphic designer and a fine art painter who now lives in South Carolina with her husband, and their two dogs.
She began painting at the age of 12 and designing at the age of 15, she knew she had a passion for design. Deborah received a BFA in Graphic Design/Painting from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and has been working as a design professional and a
design educator since then. Excited, she started her career in Boston working for many prestigious design firms along with working as a designer for WGBH/PBS. Returning to Vermont, she created a successful design firm and was in business for over 30 years.
Along with working as a professional designer, Deborah also taught design and painting at many reputable colleges including the Rhode Island School of Design and Champlain College.
Throughout her career, she has always been passionate, inspired, and enthusiastic about design, color, and painting. One of her many admirations is painting landscapes using watercolors, pastels and oils.
