Come refine your observational drawing techniques in this sight size drawing workshop at James Busby’s Chapin studio. The workshop will focus on drawing accurately and the ability to draw what you “see” and not what you know. In my experience drawing is much more rewarding if you can draw objects with more precision.

Drawing well requires patience, and the process is meant to be enjoyed. We will focus on the process of slowing down to accurately see the objects we are drawing. Basic Drawing skills are always an imperative to practice even if your focus is primarily painting. Absolutely no drawing experience is necessary, only a willingness and desire to learn to draw.
