About the Artist

Ginny Stonehouse is a self-taught artist. She was born to missionary parents so opportunities to attend art school were not feasible at that time. She has attended ample workshops and been a member of several art associations. Also she studied under the tutelage of the professional artist, Carolyn Opderbeck, where she gained expertise in oil, watercolor, alcohol ink and acrylic. About twenty years ago, she started her own art business. She went in people’s homes and painted murals or other decor on walls, floors or ceilings, also doing many wall treatments. Her desire is to use the talent God has given her to the fullest and enjoy each job as an exciting adventure.
