2009-2010 Outstanding Member of the Year: Brad Arnold

Brad was recognized for all the hard work he put in working with the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission and Crooked Creek Recreation Center. With his leadership, funding was identified and secured and a great new lighting system was put in place at the park. This greatly enhanced our ability to do a quality job of displaying artwork for all visitors to see.
