CCAL put on a lovely display at the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission's Holiday Market at Crooked Creek Park on Saturday November 12. A lot of wonderful artwork was displayed and good discussions were held with the customers in attendance. We may get some additional new members from this event as well and a number of happy customers went home with wonderful pieces by our members. A big thank you to Claudia Zeigler for organizing the event for us and to everyone that helped out: Al Leitch, Ruby DeLoach, Francis Burris and Barbara Teusink.
Al Leitch invites everyone to his annual art show and wine and cheese reception, Wednesday, November 2nd, from 3 to 8pm, at The Village Artists Gallery. Al will be a featured artist for the month of November. Many originals and prints will be on display for the month. The gallery is located at 631-8 Promenade Place, Columbia, SC., next to Panera, at the Village of Sandhill.
