Chapin Library Gallery - January 2018

CCAL is happy to announce that Sonya Diimmler has a multi-piece display in the Chapin Library Artist Gallery. The gallery is located in the Chapin Branch of the Lexington County Library and hosts the artwork of one of Crooked Creek Art League's fine artists each month. Sonya's display showcases her "Smedley" series which features the adorable bulldog and his friends.

Artist Bio

Sonya has been painting since 2015. In that time, she has studied with Michael Story, Mary Bentz Gilkerson, her mother Ann Sweeney and attended numerous workshops. Her work is largely focused on animal portraits and landscapes. She is an active member of Crooked Creek Art League where she serves as the Workshop Coordinator.
