Faye Delia Meetze

Hompage

Gallery

A lifelong resident of Lexington County, Faye gave up secretarial work in 1980 and decided to concentrate on becoming an artist.  She now has her own studio/gallery on Lake Murray near Chapin. Her focus is on creating landscapes and still life in oil and figurative works in charcoal.  She has received recognition for works in oil, pastel and colored pencil.

She served as Secretary of the Crooked Creek Art League; is a member of the About Face Artists’ Group; the Corley Mill School for Painters; and for the past ten years has helped with the annual S. C. State Fair Fine Arts Exhibit.

More of Faye’s  work can be seen at her studio in Chapin or Just Susan’s Framing in St. Andrews; J. Kess Derrick Medical Clinic in Little Mountain; Newberry County Memorial Hospital and at Crooked Creek Park in Chapin.
